SPOTLIGHTSUNDAYS
LASERYOUTH GROUP
‘YGNITE’ meets on the 3rd or 4th Friday of each month (contact David Huss for details) at Prescott Avenue between 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. and is open to all from 10 years upwards. Activities include; small group Bible study games crafts and drama. Refreshments are provided.For Brownies or Guides, please contact Janet Hodges (telephone: 01295 252450) for details. Both groups meet on Mondays (Brownies at 5:15pm, Guides at 6:30pm)
We hope that both you and your baby/child enjoy your time with us at St. Paul's Warwick Road. Bringing small childeren to church need not be a stressful experience! Don't worry if your children make a noise or want to run around if they (or you!) need to let of steam you can use the creche. Please ask if you need any help during the service.
PHYSICAL SPACE
The Crèche is run by two members of our congregation in a room next to the Church Hall. There are toys books and some space to play. You can either stay with your child or leave them for a while and return to the service. If you child is unhappy we will contact you immediately. Please chat to this week's Crèche helpers if you have any questions: you can meet them in the Children's Corner at the start of the service.
The Children's Corner at the back of the Church also contains toys books and colouring things. Please keep a close eye on your child in this area as it is near the main door and kitchen area.
FACILITIES
Nappy-changing facilities plus a potty and child's toilet seat can be found in the disabled toilet in the Church Hall. Children's drinks and biscuits are available in the Children's Corner at the end of the service.
Parent-Toddler Groups
This meets in the Warwick Road hall every Friday morning bewteen 10:00 and 11:30 a.m. Toddlers can learn alonside other toddlers and mums/carers have a chance to chat with others over tea or coffee and biscuits. The outer doors are closed at all times: just ring the bell for admittance. There's no formal charge just donations for refreshments. All monies received go towards equipment etc. We do close on Bank Holiday weekends. Further details from Annabelle Coombs telephone: (01295) 264003.
