Safeguarding

Promoting a Safer Church - Parish Policy Statement

As part of their commitment to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults, the PCC agreed to adopt the House of Bishops' safeguarding policy and practice guidance and the Church of England's procedures for their implementation as detailed in our Safeguarding Policy - St Paul's Church. (You can also read the Church of England's 'Promoting a Safer Church' document here.)

Safer Recruitment

We aim to create a safe environment for the nurture and development of children, young people and adults.  To this end we follow the 'Safer Recruitment' guidelines as set out by our Parish policy on recruitment and DBS criminal records checks.
